Refund policy

At Suwasna, we strive to deliver quality products to our customers.

Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• A clear unboxing video without cuts must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
• Any defect, damage, or incorrect item must be reported on the same day of delivery

Return Shipping:

• ₹80 flat rate return shipping charge
• 10% restocking fee will be deducted
• Final sale items are not eligible for return

Refund Process:

• Refunds are initiated after verification of returned products
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
